The right-hander allowed just two hits in seven scoreless innings against the White Sox last weekend, striking out seven without walking a batter.
Texas will give the ball to the veteran Nathan Eovaldi, who also picked up a win his last time out with seven strong innings against the Mariners in which he struck out eight.
