A former Michigan State football wide receiver found the end zone in a NFL preseason game on Saturday.
Former Spartans wide receiver Montorie Foster Jr. scored a touchdown for the Seattle Seahawks in a NFL preseason game against the Dallas Cowboys on Saturday night. Foster reeled in a pass from Drew Lock for a five-yard touchdown in the first quarter of Saturday's preseason matchup.
Foster appeared in 54 games across his five-year career with the Spartans from 2020 to 2024. He recorded 108 receptions for 1,426 yards and eight touchdowns during his playing days with the Spartans.
Foster went undrafted during the 2025 NFL Draft, but eventually landed on the Seahawks' practice squad last December. He is currently battling for a spot on their roster this year, with Saturday's preseason showing certainly helping his chances.
