On Wednesday, four-star athlete Quincey Clay, a product of Capital High School in Boise, reported his tenth scholarship offer from UW, adding the Big Ten Conference program to a growing list of schools that most recently saw Boise State , Minnesota and Wyoming, along with Group of Six schools Louisiana Tech and North Texas.
The 5-foot-10, 170-pound wide receiver and defensive back announced his offer from UW while mentioning wide receivers coach Kevin Cummings, affirming that the Huskies plan to recruit the prospect as an offensive player.

— Quincey Clay (@QuinceyClay23) July 29, 2026 As a sophomore, the four-star prospect, who is ranked as the No. 152 overall recruit and No. 22 wide receiver in the 2028 class by 247Sports, recorded 47 catches for 844 yards and 11 touchdowns, while also adding 60 carries for 597 yards and 10 touchdowns on the ground over 10 games for Capital High School.
UW joins Boise State, Idaho, Louisiana Tech, Minnesota, North Dakota, Oregon State, UNLV, Utah and Wyoming to a growing list of scholarship offers, which could double by the end of his junior season in the City of Trees.
Cummings has extended offers to at least 20 wide receiver recruits in the 2028 class, based on reported offers and the 247Sports database, as the staff continues to emphasize the group as a premium under Fisch's direction.
