The offense has surprisingly been the struggling side of the ball for the Cincinnati Bengals so far this training camp.
Dexter Lawrence has been a huge wrecking ball on his own, but the entire defense has held its own. It has kept us from seeing any of the fireworks we are used to seeing from Joe Burrow and company.
Even though there was quite a bit of a weather delay, the fans that waited to enter Paycor Stadium to see the Bengals practice got the first real signs of life from the guys putting points on the board.
Release the fans!

We have some space for a couple angles of these plays since it was a bit of an abbreviated practice.
The first was Chase’s first deep ball that was completed all camp, according to safety Bryan Cook. Just simply a good pocket for Burrow to scan the field, and Chase was able to get behind the defense.
The second is simply what makes Burrow great. Even with Lawrence in his face and knocking him down, he delivers a great ball to Chase on the sidelines. Not something a lot of quarterbacks would be able to pull off.
Chase Brown breaks free for a touchdown
After last practice, offensive coordinator Dan Pitcher talked about how the running game appeared to be having plenty of explosive runs, but it was hard to tell because there is no tackling right now
Well, Brown and the offensive line left no doubt when he popped one for a touchdown where he was untouched.
