The tight end joined Madden's famous "99 Club" with a player rating of 99 overall in the popular video game.
McBride has posted back-to-back 1,100-plus-yard seasons with the Cardinals and recorded a career-best 1,239 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns in 2025. He's the only tight end with a 99 rating. George Kittle of the 49ers is next-best among tight ends at a 96.

McBride was a star at CSU, winning the 2021 Mackey Award as the nation's top tight end. He was the first unanimous All-American in school history (2021) and set a school record for career catches (164) and yards (2,100) for a tight end. He also set school records for single-season catches (90) and yards (1,121) for a tight end.
