The Tennessee Titans wide receiver said on Aug. 1 that the stomach bug that kept him out of the practice on July 29 came after a meal at the popular chain restaurant.
"I ate Chipotle," Ridley said at Vanderbilt Health Football Center. "By the time the night hit, it was coming from everywhere."
Ridley said he lost about 15 pounds because of the ordeal, but has gained most of it back
"I actually had that a couple times in my life. It's not a good thing, like a 24-hour thing."
Ridley, 31, was a full participant in Titans training camp for the first time on Aug. 1 after missing the first three days of camp starting on July 29.
Ridley is entering his ninth year in the NFL. Last season, Ridley missed 11 games with a lower leg injury. He finished with 17 catches for 303 yards.
