Courtesy of the team's roster page, the following players have now received jersey numbers to wear as training camp ramps up:
Wentz and Harvey's numbers won't command much buzz, but Windmon's new digits could rub fans the wrong way. No. 53, worn by future Hall of Fame center Maurkice Pouncey, had a far bigger historical impact than numbers 28 and 30.
Pouncey retired following the 2020 season, and the Steelers immediately put No. 53 back into rotation, with some debating whether the number should have remained unused for a bit longer.
