AC Milan refuses to give up Arsenal man despite rejected first bid
AC Milan have had a loan offer for Ethan Nwaneri rejected by Arsenal during this transfer window, but the Italians could return with an improved offer as they have not given up on signing him, as reported by Get Football News Italy .
