According to NFL insider Adam Schefter , the Ravens and two-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Zay Flowers have agreed to a four-year, $140 million contract extension that includes $108 million guaranteed. The deal ensures that Lamar Jackson’s top receiving weapon will remain in Baltimore for years to come while making Flowers one of the highest-paid receivers in football.
After a breakout 2025 campaign, the extension comes as little surprise for a player who has quickly developed into one of the league’s premier playmakers.

His $35 million average annual salary trails only three wide receivers:
Jaxon Smith-Njigba (Seahawks): $42.2 million
Ja’Marr Chase (Bengals): $40.3 million
Drake London (Falcons): $35.3 million
That puts Flowers fourth in the league in average annual value, a remarkable rise for the 25-year-old, who became eligible for a contract extension this offseason.
The Ravens clearly believe Flowers is a cornerstone of the franchise and rewarded him accordingly.

Reward for a career season
Flowers earned the lucrative extension after producing the best season of his career.
Last year, he totaled 1,211 receiving yards, the second-highest single-season total in Ravens franchise history, while hauling in 86 receptions, the fourth-most in a season by a Baltimore receiver.
Those numbers helped him earn his second Pro Bowl selection and further established him as one of the league’s most dynamic offensive weapons.
By securing Flowers before he reached free agency, the Ravens have ensured Lamar Jackson will continue throwing to his favorite target for years to come. With one of the NFL’s most explosive offenses already in place, Baltimore has made another significant investment in its pursuit of a Super Bowl championship.
