Exeter City have signed Walsall wing-back Vincent Harper on a season-long loan.
The 25-year-old Kenya international re-joins the Grecians a year after being released by the Devon club.
He scored three goals in 65 appearances over a two-year spell at St James Park before leaving and agreeing a two-year deal at Walsall.
Harper made 37 appearances in all competitions for the Saddlers last season.
"Vinnie is a player who is familiar with our fans and knows the football club really well and some of the current squad from his previous spell with us," Exeter manager Matt Taylor said.
"Although he is still young at 25, he will bring experience to the squad of playing in League One and Two. He will provide physicality and quality to the outside of the pitch, and he is an outstanding 1v1 defender."
Harper could make his debut in Exeter's trip to Grimsby Town on Saturday.
