North Carolina's most recent addition to that '27 class is 5-star wing A.J. Williams , who recently re-classified from the class of 2028. Another top prospect to watch is 5-star wing DeMarcus Henry , who previously declared playing for the Tar Heels is a dream come true.
Turns out, that interest may progress closer to a signing. On3/Rivals national basketball reporter Joe Tipton recently predicted Henry to UNC.
According to his 247Sports recruiting profile , Henry is the class of 2027's fourth-ranked overall prospect, plus the top-ranked small forward and Arizona prospect. Henry holds 28 offers, including two from blue bloods Kentucky and Kansas.
