The Rams have officially left Under Armour as their apparel provider and switched to Adidas. CSU announced the move officially on Aug. 4.
It's been an increasingly open secret over recent months as more and more CSU teams began popping up with Adidas gear in practices and speculation of the move spread on social media.
CSU moved to Under Armour for the 2013-14 school year and has been with the provider since.
While with Under Armour, CSU has seen a number of custom uniforms in recent years. The Rams have continued to have iterations of orange "Ag Day" throwback uniforms across their sports.
CSU unveiled Colorado flag themed "State Pride" uniforms in 2017. That alternate was already set to be discontinued after the 2025-26 season. New "Snow Days" uniforms made a debut with the football team for 2025.
CSU was with Russell Athletics prior to Under Armour.
The Rams left the Mountain West and officially joined the Pac-12 on July 1 .
The new apparel provider means all CSU sports are expected to have new uniforms for the 2026-27 school year.
When will CSU as an Adidas program make its public debut? The soccer team hosts an exhibition against Nebraska (another Adidas school) at noon Aug. 5. The soccer program plays the first official contest of the year with a road game at Colorado on Aug. 12.
Volleyball hosts Air Force in an exhibition Aug. 15 and UNLV Aug. 22 before its first official game on Aug. 28 against UC-Davis. Football will run out onto the new Canvas Stadium turf in Adidas uniforms for the first time on Sept. 5 against Wyoming.
