Rivals' Industry Rankings ranks Tabron No. 28 overall in the 2028 class. He is the No. 3 passer and No. 2 player out of his home state. Tabron hails from Detroit, MI and plays at Cass Technical High School. Rivals lists him as six-foot-four and 190 pounds.
The Aggies are the heavy favorites to land Tabron's commitment per Rivals' Prediction Machine. But in college football today, a player's recruitment journey is rarely over this early in the process. Flips happen more often than ever as teams build out their early commitments and fill holes as the signing period gets closer.

It failed to get an elite passer in the 2026 cycle, meaning the Tigers could dip into the transfer portal for a starter next year while Houston develops. It must find the next young star to develop out of the high school ranks and Tabron would add to the pipeline.
