Body camera footage from 49ers owner Jed York's arrest shows two law enforcement officers discussing why a person of York's stature would get himself arrested in a prostitution sting at a trailer park in East Palestine, Ohio.
The two-minute, 44-second video shows York being pulled over and initially saying to the officer, "Can I ask what you're doing?" while the officer handcuffs him.
York, who was wearing a New York Yankees t-shirt, claimed he was just driving around in East Palestine.
It's unclear at what point the officers realized they had arrested the owner of the San Francisco 49ers, but as they looked through his wallet and found several $20 bills, they discussed how easy the arrest was and wondered why a man with York's resources would put himself in that situation.
"That one was easy," one officer said.
"Super easy," the other officer replied.
The first officer then said, "He's got more cash in his wallet. He's got shitloads of cash."
"He's got all the money," the other officer said. "Wow. It's crazy the people that do this. They could do whatever they want, they could do other things, they could go other ways. It's wild."
York quickly pleaded no contest to charges of disorderly conduct and possession of criminal tools.
