Fox NFL insider Jay Glazer took an even more in-depth look at the amenities the Broncos have for player recovery earlier this week. One of the items Glazer really enjoyed was a Cryo-room. "When I started Unbreakable Performance Center 13 years ago, we were one of the very first gyms in America with a Cryochamber," Glazer wrote in an Instagram post. "Sean Payton (then with the New Orleans Saints ) flew out to see it, and he then ordered 2 from our supplier to be the first NFL team with one. Welp, he definitely one-upped us with this thing."
Some of the other recovery items Glazer experienced included a dry float tank, a hyperbaric chamber, nap pods, and hot and cold pools, all specially designed for player health.

Some of these amenities may likely have already been put to use at the beginning of training camp. With several players at various stages of injury recovery (including Nik Bonitto, Jaylen Waddle and Luke Wattenberg, among others), the Broncos are trying to stay on top of being one of the healthiest teams in the NFL in 2025.
"(These amenities allow) their players to recover as hard as they train," Glazer wrote. "Too many athletes miss the boat on this and only recover when they have an injury or do minimal amount. As hard as you train, recovery harder!!! You’ve got to outwork the world in all areas and that includes how you take care of your body."
Denver continues its offseason work with Day 8 of training camp at Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit on Saturday.
