They knew they had landed someone special, and six years into his career, he has shown he is among the best wide receivers in recent NFL history.
Jefferson spoke recently to the co-hosts of the Bent Outta Shape podcast, former Vikings Eric Kendricks and Anthony Barr. They asked him about the differences in his route running, such as what the easiest and hardest routes to run.
Jefferson told them, "The hardest routes are the most simplest routes. A curl, speed out, really a deep curl, you know, just pushing depth, and getting that speed, and being able to drop your weight and stop on a dime. Favorite, uh, post-corner, corner, post... tuddy."

— SleeperVikings (@SleeperVikings) August 7, 2026 Jefferson has had at least 1,000 receiving yards in every NFL season in his career, and he hopes ot keep that up. He also hopes that more corners and posts are in his future with whoever wins the Vikings' quarterback battle.
