In terms of Day 1 of training camp, what stood out the most?
Here are Bills Wire's three observations from the first day of training camp:
Initial injury news
The Bills had expected bad news and surprisingly good news on the injury front to the start of training camp.
Wide receiver Tyrell Shavers was watching the first day of training camp as he recovers from his ACL injury sustained in the postseason. He was placed on the PUP list and will miss plenty of time this year, that's a long-term injury.
On the positive side, Achilles injuries are also time consuming, but defensive end Michael Hoecht is already back practicing. Brady said Hoecht is expected to play by Week 1:

Day 1 was the debut of quarterback Josh Allen throwing to new wide receiver DJ Moore. It started rough by Allen's own admission... but ended well by all accounts.
Allen explained that he made an adjustment:

Unfortunately for Brady, his first day leading the Bills was not an easy one. He had to address safety CJ Gardner-Johnson and his live steaming , Brady told him not to do it in the locker rook, essentially.
Here's what Brady said when it was brought up at his first presser.
