Career with the Steelers
Anderson, selected by the Steelers with the 251st overall pick in the seventh round of the 2023 NFL Draft, has appeared in 42 games and made 11 starts for Pittsburgh. He's one of the most versatile offensive linemen on Pittsburgh's roster, capable of playing either tackle or guard spot, as well as center. But the Steelers have a vacancy at right guard that may have Anderson's name on it.
What's next in 2026?
Anderson is expected to compete with Brock Hoffman for the vacant right guard position. Mason McCormick moved to left guard this offseason, which opened the door for either Anderson or Hoffman to earn a starting role. Anderson, given his experience and previous familiarity with Pittsburgh's offensive line, is likely in the pole position for the job.
