See the full story · 1 sourcesThe Guernsey County Runners and Walkers Club, GROW, will hold a summer 5K run and walk Aug. 15. It will start and finish at the Cambridge City Park Pavilion 6. Starting time is 8 a.m. Participants can pick up their bib at 6:30 a.m., according to a community announcement.
The course will take participants through the park and the adjacent residential area.
The entry fee is $30 with pre-registration and $35 on the day of the race.
Snacks and bottled water will be provided at the finish line.
Awards will be presented to the top three overall male/female finishers.Awards will also be given to the top three male/female finishers in the age groups categories of 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 plus.
Automatic text and email results will be sent immediately following a participants finish for those that opt-in. Instant results will also be available on site at the Results Kiosks and at the race website.
