Hull City in the race to sign France international Youssouf Fofana

Whilst Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Youssouf Fofana is nearing a move to Olympique Lyonnais, RMC Sport understands that the race to sign the AC Milan midfielder remains open. Hull City are one of the clubs that could yet welcome the France international before the closure of the transfer window.

Fofana joined AC Milan from AS Monaco for a €26m transfer fee back in the summer of 2024. He went on to feature 88 times for  I Rossoneri .  Di Marzio  understands that negotiations are now at an advanced stage between Milan and Lyon on the basis of a loan with an option to buy.
