That’s what Netflix is surely hoping for with the latest merch release from the Oscar-winning film , which features Derpy on a color-changing mug. The coffee cup starts off as a black mug, but when hot liquid is added to it (say, coffee, tea or hot water), the black fades away to reveal an image of Derpy lurking in the shadows. The full image reveals slowly, almost as if your mug is coming to life as you sip your drink.

This is an 11 oz. mug (just a little less than the capacity of a Starbucks “tall” cup) and it’s made from ceramic.
Worth noting: The manufacturer recommends hand-washing only, to preserve the heat-reactive artwork (i.e., maybe don’t put it in the dishwasher). The mug comes in an accompanying KPop Demon Hunters -branded box that’s perfect for gifting.
