The rumors are becoming a reality. Earlier this summer, actor Ryan Hurst tore his bicep on the set of God of War , in which he played the lead role of Kratos . The production made the hard decision to recast the role and one of the names that quickly floated around was almost a dream: Dave Bautista . Who better than Dave Bautista to play freaking Kratos? Well, after several weeks, it's happening. Dave Bautista will play Kratos in Prime Video's video game adaptation God of War.
