Fudd named NBA stars Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson. She also picked her former UConn teammate, Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis, and Seattle Storm guard Katie Lou Samuelson.

The question may have caught Fudd off guard as she couldn’t name more.However, she added that she still has other favorites.
Curry holds the title of the NBA’s all-time 3-point field goals made leader, while his ex-Golden State Warriors teammate ranks fourth. Meanwhile, Mosqueda-Lewis leads the list for the Huskies with 398, with Samuelson trailing her with 382.
Fudd is establishing herself this season as one of the WNBA’s best young players. She started her rookie campaign slow but has since showcased her elite skill set. The No. 1 pick stands as one of the frontrunners for the Rookie of the Year award.
How did Azzi Fudd perform during the 3-point contest?
She scored 24 points in the opening round, just three less than Carleton’s total. Fudd began the final round on fire, converting her first seven shots and making 20 of 26 total attempts. Her 30 points represent the second-highest final-round score in WNBA 3-Point contest history.
Rhyne Howard, Marina Mabrey, Natisha Hiedeman and Janelle Salaun also participated in the contest. Fudd did not let the bright lights faze her and put on a show in front of a massive United Center crowd in Chicago. She’ll aim to defend her crown next year in what could be another star-studded event. Former champion Sabrina Ionescu and Caitlin Clark may join and challenge her for the title.
