Amanda Batula blamed depression and Kyle Cooke's focus on work for why the exes never had sex during their four-year marriage.
“I was depressed. Depression will do that," Batula said on Tuesday's "In the City" reunion. "That was part of it."
Cooke, who split from Batula in January , explained the "Summer House" stars "went into a funk" right after their September 2021 wedding, but he "tried for years" to get them into couples therapy.
Batula, 34, chimed in that Cooke, 43, stopped "courting" her and instead prioritized his Loverboy business and DJ career.
"He would work all day, work all night, then come to bed, tell me to answer an email and then try to have sex with me," she explained. "It felt like there was no foreplay."
Batula also said they had "no emotional intimacy" or "conversation" in their marriage, and that she felt "like an object."
"Then the depression hit also, and then it was just an unfortunate storm," she continued. "Then he would still go out. He would still do these things. We get into big fights."
Cooke claimed the former couple had sex three times during their entire marriage, as Batula nodded in agreement.
When prompted by host Andy Cohen , Cooke admitted he's partly to blame for the downfall of his marriage.
"One of my issues, like every single thing we ever did, was only because I arranged it," he shared. "So, like every date we ever went on, trip, getaway, I’m putting in the hours now or then, so we can provide for a family later."
Batula — who is now dating Cooke's former pal West Wilson — reminded her estranged husband she felt "put on the back burner," and that his behavior "took a toll" on their relationship.
"Your solution was for me to read a book on how to date an entrepreneur, and I wanted you to take me on a date," Batula told Cooke.
"So like you’re literally saying exactly what I’m saying is that you worked really hard for our future, but it did have an effect on our marriage and our relationship."
During the "Summer House" Season 10 reunion in June, Cooke and Batula revealed they didn't have sex "the entire time" they were married.
Batula said “the nail in the coffin” that ended their marriage came on New Year’s Day after Cooke was partying all night and Batula stayed home alone.
After that, Batula said she contacted Bravo PR and told them she wanted to issue a statement confirming her split with Cooke.
In their January 19 statement, the reality stars told fans they "mutually and amicably decided to part ways as a couple."
“We share this with a heavy heart and kindly ask for your grace and support while we focus on our personal growth and healing," the pair added.
Page Six was told in May Cooke and Batula — who didn’t sign a prenuptial agreement before their wedding — haven’t filed for divorce yet because they’re still sorting through things, including finances.
Additionally, we heard Cooke wants to let Batula initiate the divorce process.
