Lions Fans Should Support Joseph, Not Pick Apart Every Post

Joseph has earned patience from Detroit.

He has become one of the NFL’s premier ballhawks and one of the emotional engines of the Lions’ defense. He plays with edge, confidence and personality. Those traits are part of what makes him so valuable.

Now he is trying to return from a difficult injury that wiped out most of last season.

That should be the story.

Not whether a lighthearted X post can be twisted into a receipt. Not whether a media account can claim it won an argument. Not whether Joseph used the exact wording some people expected.

Players see these conversations. Joseph said so himself.
