Odell Beckham Jr. celebrates Giants return, hopes for another Super Bowl ring: ‘No place better than New York

Add Page Six on Google Odell Beckham Jr. is ecstatic to be back with the New York Giants — and has one big dream for the 2026 NFL season.

"Being able to bring a Super Bowl back to New York," the athlete, 33, gushed in a new interview, explaining that he "never wanted to leave" the Giants.

"It's just my home. There's no place better than New York," he continued. "I just want to win one for the Giants more than anything. I'm here to give it my all, give it my heart, during my last couple of years. We'll see what God got planned."

The Giants, along with new head coach John Harbaugh, announced in June that Beckham Jr. would be making his long-awaited return to the team following months of speculation.

The wide receiver was selected by the Giants as a first-round pick (12th overall) in the 2014 NFL Draft and stayed with the team until 2018. He then went on to play for the Cleveland Browns (2019 to 2021), Los Angeles Rams (2021), Baltimore Ravens (2023 to 2024) and Miami Dolphins (2024). His only Super Bowl win — thus far! — was with the Rams (vs. the Cincinnati Bengals) at SoFi Stadium in 2022.

As for his latest comments, OBJ (real name: Odell Cornelious Beckham Jr.) made them while partnering with Bilt, the rewards and neighborhood commerce platform, for their August "Rent Free" collaboration as an exclusive collaborator.

"OBJ's deep connection to New York and commitment to the Giants align so well with what Bilt is all about," Bilt’s Founder and CEO, Ankur Jain, explained in a statement. "We're thrilled to celebrate his return and build something meaningful with him that rewards Bilt Members."

Aside from his dreams of winning another Super Bowl ring, the NFL player also revealed a few other topics that have been living in his head "rent-free" lately for the campaign.

"Funny enough, I haven't told too many people this, but I had a huge dream — that there was some kind of catch 2.0. We'll see what that means," he shared, referring to his legendary one-handed touchdown catch in November 2014 vs. the Dallas Cowboys — one of the greatest catches in NFL history.

"I don't know if it was a catch that was better than the catch, but there was some kind of iconic moment," he added. "And also, my son [Zydn], he's always at the top of my mind. Those are the things I'd say are living 'rent-free' in my head."

Beckham Jr.'s first game back with the Giants kicks off Sunday, Sept. 13. They'll be facing off against the Cowboys at home from MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ.

"Gotta start it off with a bang," he teased.

In celebration of his return to New York, Beckham Jr. and Bilt will also be hosting an exclusive pre-season game and meet-and-greet experience for Bilt Members at MetLife Stadium on Aug. 15.

"What drew me back to New York and the Giants is deeper than football," OBJ explained. "Being able to share this moment with Bilt Members who are as passionate about the game as I am feels right."
