An Oregon State linebacker, one of Beavers football's top defensive players, was arrested Aug. 11 on suspicion of assaulting two men in early April, according to court records.
Aiden Sullivan, 22, was charged with second-degree assault , a felony, and two counts of fourth degree assault, court records show. He pleaded not guilty to all charges Aug. 11.
Sullivan was at the Beavers' morning practice Aug. 14, an OSU Athletics spokesperson said.

Sullivan was among the program's leaders in tackles in 2025 and is slated as an impact starter and a key piece of head coach JaMarcus Shephard's defense come the Beavers' first game Sept. 5 at Houston.
Sullivan's future in Corvallis was up in the air following coaching changes at Oregon state during the offseason but he chose to stay on the team after he was persuaded by the new staff's energy and presence.
"It was really hard actually, it was a really touch decision," Sullivan said at the Beavers' media Day Aug. 7 at Reser Stadium. "I'm just grateful for the opportunity to be here, I love being at Oregon State."
Sullivan was named to the Pac-12's preseason impact watch list .
