David Malukas , who was scheduled to serve a six-position grid penalty in the previous race in Nashville, will serve it here because he crashed in pre-qualifying practice at Nashville, forcing him to the rear of the field. Caio Collet is also serving a six-spot grid penalty for an excessive engine change.
