Dubois: Moore fight will send a message

I believe in setting little goals, big goals, massive goals and having timelines.</p><p>"For me, the biggest timeline has to be becoming undisputed. We have two more champions in the weight division, [Stephanie] Han and [Elif Nur] Turhan. Whichever one makes the most sense, whichever one is more feasible and accessible for the next fight, we have to go after that.</p><p>"It's not about announcing myself - I've already been announced - but cementing myself as the world champion and proving to the world why I'm the world champion, why I'm the only unified world champion.</p><p>"It's about sending a message to the rest of the 135ers [in Dubois' weight division] that the queen is in town and this is what's up - I'm coming for the belts!"</p> <widget id="4"></widget><h3>Dubois vs Moore - fighter records</h3> <widget id="11"></widget> <widget id="12"></widget><h3>'I want to punch her in the face and get this over with'</h3> <widget id="6"></widget><p>Dubois has no problem expressing her desire to achieve her long-term targets, but her focus remains firmly on putting in a dominant performance against Moore in Birmingham.</p><p>"I just can't wait to step into the ring, punch her in the face and get this over with," she said.</p><p>"We're going to see vintage Caroline Dubois and we're going to see complete domination.</p> <widget id="7"></widget><p>"I'm not going to focus too much on getting the stoppage. I'm just going to focus on going out there and having fun.</p><p>"I just know I'm going to go out there and do my thing, which is going to be look very good and look very exciting. Body, head, attacks, aggressive - vintage."</p><h3>Dubois: Baumgardner is playing it safe by not fighting me</h3> <widget id="8"></widget><p>The Brit was thrilled to learn that unified junior lightweight champion Alycia Baumgardner - <a href="https://www.skysports.com/boxing/news/12183/13532494/alycia-baumgardner-caroline-dubois-needs-to-do-more-to-call-me-out-i-put-on-great-shows-and-i-became-undisputed">who previously insisted that Dubois still needs to prove herself before earning a fight against her</a> - was set to be ringside for the fight against Moore.</p><p>"I didn't know that. Is that true? I need to see her - this is great," Dubois told <em>Sky Sports</em>.</p><p>"I'm going to go to the gym with a smile on my face. I'm very excited - I can't wait! This is going to be great.</p><p>"Boxing is about rivalries, it's about clashes. At the end of the day, boxing is about two people believing what they're better than each other and clashing. It's very rare, unfortunately, with female boxing where you have a fighter who's confident enough to say that.</p><p>"With myself and Alycia, I think we're the only two girls right now, besides Claressa Shields, who's confident enough to say: 'I believe I'm going to take your head off your shoulders and I believe I'm the best in the division.'"</p> <widget id="13"></widget><p>Dubois, though, did not change her critical stance on Baumgardner,<a href="https://www.skysports.com/boxing/news/12183/13556834/caroline-dubois-calls-out-alycia-baumgardner-saying-she-is-lost-while-also-hailing-irish-boxing-icon-katie-taylor"> who she called "lost" for not agreeing to fight her</a>, and is still targeting a shot at the American.</p><p>"Alycia likes to play it safe. She's been beaten already.</p><p>"Once you lose in professional boxing, unfortunately, people can be very cutthroat and forget all you did to get there. She's already experienced that and now she wants to play everything safe.</p><p>"She wanted to fight Amanda Serrano. She wanted to fight Katie Taylor. She wanted to fight all these women who are retiring and are at the end of their careers. She did not want to go after the big dogs because she knows how dangerous it can be.</p><p>"I just want to fight the best. I have no issues - I believe in myself and I back myself, I just want it.</p><p>"For me, all I care about is being involved in the biggest fights, the most exciting fights.
