League Median Score: Every team has the chance to earn 2 wins per week. Every week, your score is compared against the league median. Beat it and you earn a bonus win for the week. Fall below and you take a bonus loss.
Play Against a Second Opponent: Each week every team is matched against two opponents instead of one. Another chance to earn two wins and keep more teams in playoff contention.
7-Team Playoffs: Give more teams a shot at the championship with an expanded postseason bracket.
Add Position Eligibility: Commissioners can grant players additional position eligibility beyond their default, giving more lineup flexibility across the league.
