Barcelona complete signing of 18-year-old Stuttgart midfielder on loan for youth team

Barcelona have completed another move focused on the future, with Barça Atlètic reaching an agreement to sign Stuttgart midfielder Mirza Catovic on loan.

According to SPORT , the 18-year-old will spend the 2026/27 season with Barcelona’s reserve side.

The agreement also contains an option to buy, giving Barça the opportunity to make the move permanent if Catovic reaches a series of sporting objectives during his spell in Catalonia.

Catovic arrives from Stuttgart with plenty to develop
