The Truth Social storm included jabs at Elizabeth Warren, boasts about Trump’s numbers on TikTok and familiar, baseless claims about the ‘rigged’ 2020 election

President Trump has never let negotiating world affairs get in the way of one of his other main tasks in office: posting on Truth Social.
On an unusually busy day in Washington — with White House visits from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu , plus a memorial ceremony for the late Senator Lindsey Graham — the president was unusually busy on social media, firing off more than 20 posts around these marquee events on the schedule.
At times, the messages, which ran the gamut from commentary on AI to false claims about the 2020 election being “rigged,” came just a single minute apart.
It’s unclear if the posts were pre-scheduled or made live, but they gave little indication of the president’s day full of high-stakes meetings , which touched on two of the globe’s most pressing conflict zones.
In fact, none of his posts on Tuesday on Truth Social had to do with Ukraine or Israel , and his only reference to Graham was a post about the campaign of Sen. Darline Graham, Lindsey Graham’s sister, who has temporarily been appointed to her brother’s vacant Senate seat and is running for a full term with Trump’s surprise endorsement .
Instead, the president made posts about last week’s victory parade for the Spanish World Cup team , where game-winner Ferran Torres wore a red, MAGA-style hat with the slogan “Make Spain Great Again.”
Trump also shared what appeared to be an AI-made image of Sen. Elizabeth Warren holding a machine gun, plus a post claiming he was the “#1 most followed and watched world leader on TikTok ,” with videos under the Trump hashtag allegedly receiving more than 425 billion views.
Later in the morning, after his meeting with Netanyahu, Trump posted about a heroic young lifeguard who pulled a child out of the waves in Santa Cruz, California.
“We’re going to bring this heroic young man, and his family, into the White House with, perhaps, the boy he saved, to give him a High Civilian Honor,” Trump wrote. “Very brave, he deserves it!”
As is often the case, the president’s online remarks also reiterated his frequent, baseless claims about stolen elections.
The Republican pointed to a poll showing his fellow GOP-ers doubt the 2020 election results.
“It was a Rigged Election that we must learn from,” Trump wrote. “Never forget!”
He also reshared a series of posts from his ally Sen. Mike Lee, who had a thread which claimed that the law to keep noncitizens from voting is “nearly impossible to enforce,” underscoring his insistence that Republicans should pass the SAVE America Act, a new Trump-backed slate of voting restrictions.
(Noncitizen voting is extremely rare and hasn’t been shown to be a decisive factor in national elections.)
