Page Six can exclusively reveal that the “ Real Housewives of Salt Lake City ” alum will complete her federal sentence on Friday, Aug. 28, after spending nearly eight months in home confinement following 33 months behind bars.

“Jen is feeling grateful to put this chapter behind her, get back to work and continue her journey of making things right,” a source exclusively told Page Six.

While the Federal Bureau of Prisons currently lists Shah’s release date as Aug. 30, that date falls on a Sunday.

Page Six can confirm BOP policy allows a federal prisoner — whose release date lands on a weekend or legal holiday — to be released on the last preceding weekday, meaning Shah will officially be done with her sentence that Friday.

The former Bravolebrity, 52, has been serving the final months of her sentence in home confinement with an ankle monitor since her December 2025 release from the Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas.

At the time, Page Six confirmed Shah had been released from prison after serving less than half of the six-and-a-half-year sentence she received for her role in a nationwide telemarketing fraud scheme.

A BOP spokesperson told us then that Shah had been “transferred” to “community confinement overseen by the Bureau of Prisons’ (BOP) Phoenix Residential Reentry Management (RRM) Office.”

The spokesperson explained that community confinement meant an inmate was either in home confinement or a Residential Reentry Center, commonly known as a halfway house, but declined to disclose Shah’s specific location due to “privacy, safety and security” concerns.

Ahead of her prison release, Shah’s rep told Page Six she viewed the timing as a “gift she doesn’t take for granted” because it allowed her to reunite with her family for the holidays.

The rep also described Shah as being in a “really positive” and “hopeful” place after doing “a lot of reflecting and real growth” while incarcerated.

“Her focus is on her family and building a healthier, more grounded life,” the rep said at the time, adding that Shah understood “the seriousness of the mistakes she made” and was looking forward to showing people “the woman she’s worked hard to become.”

Shah had been incarcerated since Feb. 17, 2023 , after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing.

She was arrested in March 2021 and initially pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and conspiracy to commit money laundering before changing her plea on the wire fraud charge in July 2022.

In January 2023, Shah was sentenced to six and a half years in federal prison and ordered to forfeit $6.5 million and pay up to another $6.5 million in restitution to her victims.

“I am sorry. My actions have hurt innocent people,” Shah said at her sentencing. “I want to apologize by saying I am doing all I can to earn the funds to pay restitution.”

Her projected prison term was subsequently reduced several times before she was transferred out of the Texas facility in December 2025.

In April, nearly four months after leaving prison, Shah spoke publicly for the first time about her conviction and acknowledged her wrongdoing.

“I was wrong. I made wrong decisions. I should have done things differently,” she told People .

“I should have been more diligent. And I’m deeply remorseful and sorry for my actions and for my part. I take full responsibility.”

Shah pleaded guilty to participating in a telemarketing scheme that defrauded thousands of victims, including elderly and vulnerable people.

She said in the interview that she had made “horrible business decisions” and “disregarded huge red flags” while becoming involved in what she initially believed was a legitimate business.

Shah is married to college football coach Sharrieff Shah. The couple share sons Sharrieff Shah Jr., 32, and Omar Shah, 22.
