Day by day, Los Angeles Rams star Aaron Donald is getting closer to coming back, and on Friday, August, he finally spoke about his possible return.
Donald has put his head down and focused on his workouts over the past few weeks as he tests himself to see what he can handle.
While the Rams were practicing at Loyola Marymount on Friday, the edge rusher had a workout at UCLA, eventually getting the attention of some fans, and one of them asked if he was coming back to the Rams.
“I don’t know yet. We’re going to see,” the LA legend said.

Donald is only 35 years old, and he retired at 33, looking to go out on top while still playing at a high level.
No doubt, all of the double and triple teams that he faced were starting to wear on him, along with no real goal for him to aim at.
He already delivered LA a Super Bowl, became recognized as the best non-quarterback player in the NFL for years on end, and THE defender of his generation as well.
Donald racked up endless All-Pros and Defensive Player of the Year awards, and when he walked away, there was nothing left.
However, things changed when the Rams traded for Myles Garrett, and all of a sudden, he gets the chance to share the field with a defender just as special as him.
Where do Donald and the Rams stand?
Donald had a workout with the Rams, using their equipment. He did individual drills with Rams defensive line coach Giff Smith, trainer Reggie Scott and strength coach Justin Lovett.

Donald speaks nearly every day with head coach Sean McVay, according to the coach, with an open line of communication.
“He’s got such an intentional routine and rhythm. He’s taking great care of himself, as we all know,” McVay said.
“Getting ready to play football and just working out the way that he has, there’s a little bit of a different rhythm and routine.”
The Rams and Donald agreed not to decide anything until the team returns to Woodland Hills.
Their first practice at the facility is on Saturday, when McVay will again face questions. At this point, for Rams fans, there is enough smoke to get really excited about Donald returning to wreak havoc in the pocket.
