Brighton have completed the signing of left-back Jaouen Hadjam from Young Boys.It is understood that the Algeria international has joined from the Swiss champions for a fee in the region of £10m.The 23-year-old is seen as an option to compete with Maxim De Cuyper and Ferdi Kadioglu at left-back.Sporting director Mike Cave said, “We believe Jaouen will be a great addition to the group, adding to our already strong options in defence.“He is a modern left-back known for his pace, attacking output and technical abilities, which fits our style of play well.
