Dusty Baker will join Cooperstown in 2027, new Hall of Famer predicts

Jeff Kent, among the newest members of the National Baseball Hall of Fame, predicted his former San Francisco Giants manager, Dusty Baker , will join him in Cooperstown next year, according to a LA Times' Jose de Jesus Ortiz .

Baker had 509 of his 2,183 regular-season managerial wins with the Cincinnati Reds , his second-highest total with any team he managed.

On July 26, Kent became the first former player Baker managed to be inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame.
