Friday’s training camp practice marked the third-to-last public practice of the year, with the annual Lumen Field Fan Fest set for Saturday afternoon before one more VMAC public practice on Aug. 13. On Aug. 15, the Seahawks will play their preseason opener against the Dallas Cowboys, and our wait for actual tackle football will finally come to an end.
Field Gulls was in attendance for Seattle’s last two public practices (Aug. 5 and 7) and there has been a lot to absorb and analyze, even though both sessions were sans pads and thus not as physical as a padded practice would be. There are always things worth paying attention to even in individual practice drills, let alone the scrimmages.
Now, without further ado…
The Seahawks Syndicate team of yours truly, The Hawks Eye’s Bryce Coutts, Seahawks Forever’s Dan Viens, and The Hawk’s Nest’s Brandon Cain have teamed up for a special Town Hall-style podcast from F ast Fashion Brewing in SoDo ! We will have a live studio audience of 12s chowing down on pizza and chugging beers while we discuss what we’ve seen/read about Seahawks training camp, and the audience will have an opportunity to ask questions in what will be our most interactive episode ever.
This show is designed to be an open floor. We will also have non-training camp discussions like the recent Sam Darnold QB Tiers ranking , Seahawks trivia, Dan Viens will be giving away his Seahawks vs. Cowboys preseason tickets to audience members, and whatever else viewers and audience members are interested in taking us!
Our Seahawks Syndicate Town Hall special starts LIVE at 7:30 pm PT! No worries if you can’t catch us live, as it’ll be available for replay after we go off-air.
