Ferran Torres is very close to making the switch from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain as the two clubs are finalizing a €50 million deal for the World Cup winner.
According to MARCA, Barça and PSG are in advanced talks after the French club received Ferran’s green light once he agreed to the contract terms offered by the reigning two-time European champions.
Ferran opened the door to his exit earlier this week and made headlines with comments on his Barcelona future, and PSG acted quickly as soon as they were given the confirmation of Torres’ interest in a move to Paris.
PSG are in the need of a new backup striker after selling Gonçalo Ramos and Randal Kolo Muani this summer, and manager Luis Enrique asked specifically for Ferran.
The deal is expected to make official sometime next week, once Ferran returns from his post-World Cup vacation to make his departure a reality.
