Bernard, who recorded 1,794 yards from scrimmage and 12 touchdowns from 2024 to 2025 at Alabama, was selected by the Steelers in the second round of the 2026 NFL Draft.
What's next in 2026?
Bernard is expected to compete for the WR3 role and play a major role early as a rookie. His versatility to play outside, in the slot, and even at running back will be extremely useful for this new-look offense in Pittsburgh. His only current competition for the WR3 role is Roman Wilson, who's coming off a disappointing first two years in the league.
