Tony Romo has been officially cited following his OWI arrest in Milwaukee

NFL broadcaster and former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo has officially been cited following his arrest on July 23 on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated in Milwaukee.

According to Milwaukee County Circuit Court records, Romo received the citation on Monday, July 27 for refusal to take a test for intoxication after arrest.
