Heading into the 2026-2027 NFL season, the Miami Dolphins are once again in a rebuilding phase, reflecting our lack of sustained success in recent years. While we have enjoyed brief flashes of progress, we have struggled to advance beyond a single playoff game. A recurring issue—even during our more competitive stretches—has been the team’s inability to perform in cold-weather conditions. However, the Dolphins now have a new general manager and head coach at the helm, along with several assistant coaches recruited from the Green Bay Packers organization. The Packers are arguably the league’s experts in cold-weather football and have been for a very long time.
So this evening’s Phinsider Question Of The Day is:
Given that the Miami Dolphins train and play in the hot, humid climate of South Florida, do you think the recent influx of staff from the Green Bay Packers organization will help the team overcome their struggles in cold-weather games? Will this staff be what we have needed to help level the playing field when we travel to face our division rivals in colder cities during the winter months?
