With the league-wide roster cutdown deadline looming on Sunday, Aug. 30, all 32 NFL teams are set to make a flurry of moves in the coming days. On Tuesday, the Kansas City Chiefs and New York Giants got ahead of the rush with a low-key trade that works out well for both sides.
According to league insiders Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo, the Giants are sending former third-round offensive guard Joshua Ezeudu to the Chiefs in exchange for a 2028 seventh-round pick. For Kansas City, it's depth added to an offensive line that might need it. For New York, it's more future draft capital.
