Arsenal back in talks to sign Europa League winner after first offer rejected

Arsenal are back in talks to try and secure an agreement to sign Ezri Konsa from Aston Villa, according to Ben Jacobs . The Gunners have identified the defender as one of the top players in the country to strengthen their defence, and the Englishman could be open to the move.

For several seasons, Konsa has been one of the most reliable centre-backs in the country and has played an important role in the success Aston Villa have achieved defensively. He helped them win the Europa League last season, and they will be looking to win more trophies this term, meaning they do not want to lose him.
