Cincinnati Reds Aug. 30 game flexed to 'Sunday Night Baseball

Major League Baseball announced on Wednesday, July 29, it has flexed the Cincinnati Reds' Aug. 30 game against the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field. The game will now be played at 7 p.m. as part of NBC's "Sunday Night Baseball" package.

The Reds are currently 50-56 and five games back of the third National League Wild Card spot. They are 8-23 against their NL Central opponents and 1-6 against the Cubs. At 61-46, the Cubs currently own the first Wild Card spot.
