See the full story · 1 sourcesThe Miami Dolphins will face one of the toughest schedules of any team in the NFL this year without a ton of top-end talent to compete for a spot in the postseason.
However, they still have a few players who will be relevant for fantasy football this year. In fact, CBS Sports has identified tight end Greg Dulcich and wide receiver Chris Bell as potential sleeper targets for owners in 2026.
Dulcich returned to the Dolphins this offseason on a one-year deal after joining the team last year and catching 26 passes for 335 yards and one touchdown. It was his most productive season since his rookie campaign in Denver in 2022.
"Dulcich is still on the waiver wire in some Dynasty leagues. He shouldn't be," Heath Cummings wrote . "The common denominator found in surprise tight end breakout seasons is that they finish first or second on their team in targets. Dulcich just happens to be on a team with no proven WR1 or WR2, meaning he could lead the Dolphins in targets. He was very efficient last year, ranking second behind only Dalton Kincaid in yards per route run at tight end, and it may surprise you to learn that he's actually six months younger than Kincaid. He's also 60 picks cheaper than Kincaid in recent ADP."
Bell, on the other hand, is entering the NFL as a third-round pick after playing at Louisville and earning All-ACC honors once after catching 151 passes for 2,166 yards and 12 touchdowns in 47 games over four years. His collegiate career ended with a torn ACL, which landed him on NFI to start training camp. It's unclear when he'll be back in 2026, but he could be an option in deeper re-draft leagues and dynasty leagues.
"Chris Bell's sleeper status is almost entirely dependent on your league depth and IR availability," Cummings wrote . "As of late July, we aren't expecting him to have much of an impact early in the season as he recovers from a torn ACL. But once he's healthy, I believe he is the most physically gifted receiver in Miami and could be the WR1 in the second half. Bell averaged 87 receiving yards per game in his first 10 games of 2025 at Louisville and may have been a first-round pick in the NFL Draft if he hadn't gotten hurt. Like (Mike) Washington, he does not have an ADP right now."
If both players hit their ceiling at some point during this season, Miami could be better in real football than many are projecting.
