A man accused of urinating on concertgoers during a Morgan Wallen concert in Maryland in July has been arrested.
Jayson Reed of North Carolina was charged with four counts of second-degree assault, public urination, and other related offenses stemming from the incident. Reed was arrested this week and held without bail pending his extradition to Maryland, where the concert took place at M&T Bank Stadium on July 18, CBS News reports .
Maryland Transportation Authority police initially responded to a report of a fight in the crowd of the Wallen concert, with concertgoers alleging that a man urinated on them while they were seated at the show.
Reed was identified by the urine-soaked fans as the perpetrator and escorted out of the stadium. However, an arrest warrant was issued on Tuesday for Reed to face charges for his mid-concert bathroom break.
