We'll see."</p><h3>Forest move for Armstrong breaks down after fans make feelings clear</h3> <widget id="4"></widget><p>Nottingham Forest's<strong> </strong>proposed move for <strong>Harrison Armstrong</strong> from Everton has broken down.</p><p>After receiving an approach from Forest, who were willing to pay \u00a340m for the 19-year-old midfielder, <em>Sky Sports News</em> understands the board is unanimous in its decision to not sell the player.</p><p>Speaking after<strong> </strong>Saturday's 1-1 draw at Bournemouth, Everton manager David Moyes said it would be a "club decision" whether Armstrong would be sold.</p><p>Asked if the bid for Armstrong should be accepted, Moyes said: "It's not really a question for just now. It will be a club decision."</p><p>Academy graduate Armstrong started on the south coast to make his 24th Everton appearance.</p><p>Travelling fans made clear their feelings on the future of the England U19 international, repeatedly chanting that a sale would leave the club with "a riot" on their hands.</p><p>"You always have to consider supporters; supporters aren't always wrong," said Moyes.</p> <widget id="5"></widget><p>"Managers have to make decisions on players sometimes and they feels like huge decisions.
