Jackson, 38, joined the club's scouting department as a personnel assistant in 2025 and later transitioned to working as a southwest regional scout . However, KOA's Benjamin Allbright tweeted earlier this week that Jackson " has moved on and is no longer with the team." The reason for Jackson's departure is unknown.
After starting his career with the Houston Texans , Jackson signed with Denver in 2019 and spent five years with the Broncos before a series of fines and suspensions during the 2023 season ultimately led to him being released .
After being let go by Denver, Jackson finished the 2023 season in Houston before spending the 2024 campaign with the Buffalo Bills , mostly on the practice squad. He did not play in 2025 and transitioned to personnel work, but Jackson he does not currently hold a role with the Broncos.
Jackson totaled 958 tackles, 110 pass breakups, 22 interceptions, seven forced fumbles, seven fumble recoveries and four defensive touchdowns during his 15-year career in the NFL.
